Abstract

The article "Interdisciplinarity, multimodality, and ICT in the design of literary constellations for reading education" presents research on the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education and reading education. It focuses on the design of multimodal constellations to improve the digital and literary competence of teachers in training. The results obtained confirm that the incorporation of multimodal constellations in classrooms improves the teaching and learning of essential competencies in teacher education. The importance of expanding the concept of reading comprehension to different formats and media, such as illustrated books, comics, and screen reading, is highlighted. Additionally, the importance of instructing teachers in transmedia narratives and multimodal reading in literary education is discussed. [Extracted from the article]
