Abstract

A company cannot be separated from human resources. Human resources are one of the most important things in running a company. If a company has sophisticated technology, good finances, and a good management system but inadequate human resources, the company's goals cannot be achieved. To achieve the company's goals, it is necessary to improve the performance of its employees. Therefore, employee performance can increase if there are influencing factors. PT Telkom Ambon is a state-owned enterprise engaged in information and communication technology services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. To transform into a digital telecommunication company, Telkom is trying to improve its organization. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation on employee performance. The data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion of path analysis, organizational culture and transformational leadership have a significant influence on work motivation, respectively, by 46.5% and 52%. Organizational culture and transformational leadership have a significant influence on employee performance through work motivation with a large influence of each variable of 15.6% and transformational leadership of 17.5%, it can be concluded that work motivation is able to mediate between organizational culture and transformational leadership on performance employee.
