Gestão de canteiro de obras: diretrizes para capacitação na construção civil.

This article, resulting from a case study with a qualitative approach, aimed to propose guidelines for a training program for manpower in civil construction activities, for small companies, focusing on work safety. For this, a bibliographic review of the main safety standards was carried out and a case study was carried out in a construction site of a construction company. From the analyzes carried out in loco and the interviews with employees, the need to propose a specific training program that contemplated the positions and services was observed. The research results revealed the need for the commitment of all those involved in the construction site with the current norms and training for the effectiveness of safety at work. Also noteworthy is the importance of a technician responsible for the implementation of the training program and its follow-up aimed at mitigating risks at the construction site.
