O olhar da fisioterapia para a saúde do trabalhador em home office: experiências vivenciadas por discentes do curso de fisioterapia.

The goal of this report is to present the experience lived by four students of the physiotherapy course during the Physiotherapy at Work discipline, which develops actions aimed at workers' health. This article addresses historical aspects of work and highlights the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic declared in the early moments of 2020 in the context of work. The emphasis is work in the home office format, the modality which was adopted to contribute with the health measures that were imposed. Considering the real possibilities of this work format to persist, our actions were directed to the negative points caused by home office, among which the difficulty in establishing limits between professional and personal environments, the need to change the infrastructure of the house, lack of socialization and potential family conflicts. Thus, we understand that the physical and emotional health of the worker is affected. To contribute to the protection and promotion of workers' health, we have developed a booklet with specific exercises for those who are working from home. As we finalized the booklet and made it available, we understood the importance of the discipline for the qualification of the physiotherapist professional and how much we can make a difference workers' the health of workers.
