Abstract
- The article discusses some of the questions to consider in the case of a child diagnosed with multisystem inflammatory syndrome based on the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention criteria. Highlights include tenderness on the graft in the right pelvic area according to physical examination, absence of leukocytes on microscopic examination of the peritoneal fluid, and the size of the transplanted kidney at the right lower quadrant of the abdomen.
