Abstract
- The article examine the legal issues associated with mega-constellations of small satellites in low-earth orbit (MegaLEOs). Topics discussed include the history of space law, the solutions to the legal challenges caused by the proliferation of MegaLEOs, the legal implications of states' ability to censor Internet from MegaLEOs, and the legal implications of the threat of collisions of low-earth orbit as a result of the proliferation of MegaLEOs.
