Abstract
- Pentafluoridozirconic acid crystallohydrates HZrF5·3H2O and HZrF5·2H2O, as well as the intermediate product of their thermal decomposition ZrF4·H2O, are studied by vibrational spectroscopy and thermogravimetry. It is shown that HZrF5·nH2O (n = 2, 3) crystallohydrates are salts with complex cations H5O and H7O . The bands in the IR and Raman spectra are assigned based on the results of quantum-chemical calculations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
