Reports on a ruling by judges in China that publisher Social Sciences Press improperly reproduced drawings from the classic British children's book “Tale of Peter Rabbit,” by Beatrice Potter. Confiscation of a number of copies of the Chinese-language version of the book; Complained filed by Frederick Warne Ltd., a division of Penguin based in London, England; British company's ownership of the rights to Potter's name and illustration.
