Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old female with a history of deceased donor kidney transplant with abdominal pain and lethargy. Topics include the patient having diabetes and receiving several mg/kg of thymoglobulin only at the time of induction and her immunosuppressive regimen consisting of tacrolimus, mycophenolic acid and prednisone.
