O programa residência pedagógica na formação docente: perspectivas de estudantes residentes em um subprojeto interdisciplinar de Biologia e Matemática.

Abstract
- This work aims to develop a qualitative and interpretative analysis of the implications of the participation of resident students in a biology and mathematics interdisciplinary subproject of the Pedagogical Residency Program in the constitution of their teaching professions and identities. Based on the students' reports, the work methodology was based on a qualitative approach, with an interpretative analysis of the content of the reports and categorization of the residents' statements. The reports were organized in two moments, the period before and during resident students' participation in the biology and mathematics interdisciplinary subproject. The analysis of the reports reveals that the program could awaken, among them and others involved, the understanding of teaching as a complex, contextual exercise, forged in the educational practices of/in the school spaces-time, understood as units of production of knowledge and knowings of/in/about the teaching profession.
