Shifting from reactive to proactive: An accessibility review and revision project.

The article assesses the accessibility of the digital learning objects (DLO) incorporated into classes to complement instruction at the University of California (UC)-Riverside. The standards used in the DLO review are accessibility options, Alt text, image and video descriptions, check contrasts, epilepsy check, closed captions, transcripts, icons, keyboard control, autoplay off for videos, estimated completion time, clear direction, link descriptions, font clarity and color blindness.
