Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 38-year-old man with exertional chest discomfort. Topics include food related exercise-induced anaphylaxis with reactions to soybeans, chickpeas, and tahini; and review of systems being negative for dyspnea, recent syncope, orthopnea, edema, cough, hemoptysis, and recent allergic symptoms.
