BİR AİLE SAĞLIĞI MERKEZİNE MERKEZİ HEKİM RANDEVU SİSTEMİYLE YAPILAN BAŞVURULARIN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: BİR MÜDAHALE ÇALIŞMASI.

Objective: In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the applications made through the Central Physician Appointment System (CPAS) to a family health center. Material and Method: The target population of the intervention study where surveillance data was analyzed was constituted by 18,276 people who applied to a family health center between the years of 2018 and 2019. In the intervention study, face-to-face interviews were conducted. As educational materials; brochures, posters and information notes were used. Results: A statistically significant difference was found between the pre-intervention period, the intervention period, and the post-intervention period in terms of the percentage of appointments (p=0.006). Conclusion: The percentage of applications with primary care appointments increased as a result of the intervention. However, the rate of applications by making an appointment through the CPAS is still very low. In order to further increase the use of the CPAS, comprehensive public education and awareness trainings can be recommended. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
