Abstract

In this article, the results on the incidence of the public educational policies of Colombia, of the National Plan of Information and Communication Technologies (PNTIC), in the didactic strategies used by teachers belonging to the official educational institutions of the municipality are shown. of Sincelejo. The research approach was of an evaluative type, considering relevant elements of public policies that involve ICTs, correlation calculations were made. The participants were teachers and students (between 14 and 18 years old), belonging to official (public) educational institutions of the municipality of Sincelejo (Sucre). Various sociodemographic aspects are shown, in the same way dissimilar variables are described regarding the use and application of ICT in teaching practices, perceived by students. Among some of the conclusions of the study, it is highlighted that, despite the fact that most of the students are unaware of the actions of the State of a national and territorial order, regarding these referents, they consider the importance of ICT in their training.
