Abstract

This article discusses the potential of mlearning for teaching and historical learning, considering the convergence that can be achieved between digital literacy and historical literacy, starting from a study of empirical research already carried out. To deal with the inseparability, tension and articulation between materiality, intellectual content and the reader's appropriation, he resorts to the authors Pierre Lévy, Roger Chartier and Lúcia Santaella and, regarding situated historical cognition, he retakes Peter Lee, Isabel Barca and Maria Auxiliadora Schmidt.
