TERATOMA QUÍSTICO MADURO TESTICULAR EN UN PREESCOLAR CON CRIPTORQUIDIA, INFORME DE UN CASO.

Testicular tumors are rare in children under 15 years of age and represent 2 to 4% of all childhood cancers, cryptorchidism is the main risk factor for the later development of testicular germ cell tumors. 5-year-old preschool boy, with a history of left cryptorchidism without treatment, for the last year he has presented a progressive increase in volume in the left inguinal which extended to the left scrotal region, of petrified consistency, not painful on palpation, without adenomegaly, negative tumor markers, testicular ultrasound reported: left cystic tumor, lower abdomen tomography reported: left testicular tumor. A left radical orchiectomy and right orchidopexy were performed, with satisfactory evolution. The diagnosis of mature cystic teratoma is confirmed by biopsy and immunohistochemistry.
