O TRABALHO DA ENFERMEIRA RESIDENTE NA ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA.

This is an experience report carried out in a Family Health Unit, linked to the Municipal Secretariat Camaçari-BA, regarding the professional practice of a nurse during the Multi-professional Residency in Family Health. It aims to describe the work process of the Family Health Strategy nurse as a team member. Descriptive study, qualitative, characterized as an experience report. The role of nurses in the Family Health Strategy permeates the care and management spheres and includes nursing consultations, home visits, group activities, supervision of nursing technicians and community health agents; thus, the residency allowed these experiences, working together with a multidisciplinary team. It is concluded that the role of nurses in the residency strengthens their work process, as it enables the training and strengthening of the autonomy of these professionals. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
