沙门氏菌胶体金免疫层析试纸条的研究与制备.

The experiment was to establish a rapid method for detecting Salmonella. The preparation of colloidal gold with good uniformity and strong stability based on Tris assisted method was studied. The optimal pH value, protein amount and resuspended ratio of test strip were optimized, and the sensitivity, specificity, repeatability and stability of optimized test strip were investigated. The results showed that the established Salmonella colloidal gold immunochromatography strip had high sensitivity, good specificity, good repeatability, and all aspects of its performance met the requirements of rapid clinical detection. The study indicates based on Tris-assisted method, Salmonella colloidal gold immunochromatography strip is successfully prepared, which can be used for clinical field detection. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
