GRAPH Erin Lindsey Walton Hauck passed away on September 21, 2022 at the age of 44 following a battle with cancer. Erin is survived by her husband, Tyler Hauck, sons Benjamin (11) and Erik (9), parents Elma and Malcolm Walton, and brother Christopher. Her research recognized and characterized shock veins in host-rock fragments from Steen River impactites, and elucidated shock vein mineralogy and metamorphic effects similar to those in shocked meteorites (Walton et al., [8]).
