SALIDA, VOZ Y LEALTAD: EL REARME DE LAS FARC-EP TRAS CINCO AÑOS DE LA FIRMA DEL ACUERDO FINAL DE PAZ EN COLOMBIA.

This article attempts to analyze the course of the disarmament of the FARC-EP guerrillas from the signing of the Final Peace Agreement (AFP) to the end of the presidential mandate of Iván Duque. Furthermore, this text intends to provide a causal explanation for the rearmament of ex-combatants, dissidents and newly emerging armed groups that consider themselves part of the FARC-EP in the relation to the failures in the implementation of the AFP. The methodology of this research was designed to contrast different reports on the implementation of the Final Peace Agreement and the study of press files related to the presence and incidence of dissident, rearmed and emerging groups. Following the analysis, this text suggests that the Colombian State may hold some responsibility for the new cycle, through a "simulation of the Peace Agreement" and its "perfidy" towards former FARC-EP combatants.
