Abstract

This analysis determined in our case that the I first-order i features of I Skewness i and I Kurtosis i were robust to variations of grey levels and reconstruction analysis parameters, as well as wavelength chosen during image acquisition, while remaining sensitive enough to discriminate two breast PDX models of two different breast cancer subtypes. These authors contributed equally: Lorena Escudero Sanchez and Emma Brown. This analysis determines that the I first-order i features of I Skewness i and I Kurtosis i are robust to variations of grey levels and reconstruction analysis parameters, as well as wavelength chosen during image acquisition, while remaining sensitive to discriminate two breast PDX models of two different breast cancer subtypes.
