Abstract

Corn gluten meal is a by-product of corn processing. It has the characteristics of low price and high protein content. It is a potential poultry protein feed resource. The way corn gluten meal is processed can directly affect its nutritional value, which in turn affects poultry performance. The paper reviews the nutritional value, processing technology of corn gluten meal and its application research progress in poultry feed, to provide new ideas for the development and utilization of low-cost protein feed resources in poultry farming.
