Abstract

in this work, the Optical emission Spectrum technique (OES) has used to analyze the spectrum resulting from ZnO plasma in air produced by Nd:YAG laser,(λ=532 nm), duration (10 ns) in the range of energy of (700-1000 mJ) with ratio (X=0.5), distance from the optical fiber to the target (2 mm), also distance from the laser to the target (10 cm). and have been identified Laser-induced plasma parameters such as electron temperature (Te) using ratio-line-intensity method, Meanwhile, density of electron (ne), length of Debye (λD), frequency of plasma (fp) and number of Debye (ND) was calculated using ratio approaches for two hydrogen equation sides. The ZnO plasma spectrum was recorded for different energies. The resulting electron temperature calculation value was range (0.943-1.056) eV at the x=0.5 ratio. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
