Abstract
- Lichen planopilaris (LPP), an uncommon inflammatory scalp disorder resulting in scarring of alopecia on the scalp, was challenging in treatment due to poor responses to available therapies.1 In this letter, we reported a case of LPP improved with oral baricitinib. Physical examination showed erythematous alopecia patches on the scalp's parietal areas, with perifollicular erythema and follicular hyperkeratosis at the margins of expanding alopecic patches (Figure 1A).
