Abstract

Lichen planopilaris (LPP), an uncommon inflammatory scalp disorder resulting in scarring of alopecia on the scalp, was challenging in treatment due to poor responses to available therapies.1 In this letter, we reported a case of LPP improved with oral baricitinib.
