LOS HIJOS MENORES DE FOREIGN FIGHTERS COMO CUESTIÓN JURÍDICA, DE SEGURIDAD Y HUMANITARIA.

Daesh’s expulsion from occupied territory in Iraq and Syria has raised legal, security and humanitarian questions. The phenomenon of returned foreign terrorist fighters stands out and, within them, their minor children. In this article we analyze the proposals that different international organizations are making towards these minors, favoring the situation of those who are together with their parents in certain geographical settings such as the Al Hol refugee camps.
