Abstract

The role of leadership behavior as a mediator in the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction has not been widely explored. This study aimed to analyze the effect of organizational culture, leadership behavior, and work motivation on job satisfaction of health workers at Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Hospital. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach using the PLS-SEM path analysis method The research data was obtained through an online questionnaire which was distributed to all health workers at the Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Hospital, as many as 204 people. The results of this study indicated that organizational culture, leadership behavior, and work motivation have a positive effect on job satisfaction of health workers. In addition, leadership behavior and work motivation successfully mediate the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction with partial mediating power. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
