日间经皮肾镜取石术标准化随访管理方案的构建.

Objective To construct a standardized follow-up management program for day-surgery percutaneous nephrolithotomy (hereinafter referred to as the “program”） in order to standardize the discharge follow-up of this type of surgery. Methods The construction group of the program was established, the program was preliminarily determined through literature search and group discussion, and the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert letter consultation to determine the final program. Results The final version of the program includes 44 specific implementation items, covering 7 topics:follow-up plan, overall status assessment, diet, diet and water management, activity and urination management, wound and symptom management, drainage tube management, medication evaluation and health education. The positive coefficients of the experts in the 2 rounds were 86. 36% and 95. 45%, the authority coefficients were 0. 912 and 0. 901, and the Kendall’s W were 0. 216 and 0. 317. Conclusion The program constructed in this study has a high degree of expert positive coefficient and authority, and expert opinions tend to be consistent. The program clarifies the specific follow-up personnel, content and frequency, which can help the clinical follow-up practice of medical staff. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
