Our Blessed Hope.

The author reflects on his faith to find Christian hope in politics. He refers to the divorce of faith from politics as an obstacle to how Catholics should approach politics. He looks forward to salvation and future deliverance of the U.S. from political corruption and looks back at the national history of the U.S. pockmarked by evil, injustice, slavery, economic deprivation and social sins. He expresses his belief in the decency and wisdom of the American people.
