食品工业废水处理技术研究进展.

Food industrial wastewater was briefly reviewed, including the development of food industry in China, the source and characteristics of wastewater. Aiming at the treatment of food industrial wastewater, the existing common methods were summarized. Among them, chemical method has a good effect on the treatment of difficult biodegradable pollutants, but it is easy to cause secondary pollution due to chemical reagents and side reactions. Physicochemical method has a good effect but the cost is higher. Biological method can degrade most pollutants with low cost and large treatment capacity. Besides, it has the possibility of energy recovery and utilization, but it also covers a large area. It is expected to provide some references for later researchers in this filed by summarizing and comparing various food industrial wastewater treatment methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
