Abstract
- The TRBC1 evaluation is a useful, simple, and fast flow cytometry tool for the assessment of T-cell clonality in the blood of patients suspicious of mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome. TRBC1 expression assessed by flow cytometry as a novel marker of clonality in cutaneous T-cell lymphomas with peripheral blood involvement The recently described monoclonal antibody JOVI-11 is directed against the C1 constant region of the TCR chain (TRBC1), and is an interesting tool for the assessment of clonality in T-cell tumours by flow cytometry (FCM).
