Aging, a phenomenon so widespread in today's societies, presents singularities for certain population groups, such as people with disabilities, more than four million in Spain. Disability is not only a fact that appears correlatively the more age advances, as experience tells us, and that is evidenced in the so-called older people with disabilities, the most visible; but there are also other manifestations of aging linked to disability, more specific and less known, such as elderly people with disabilities, those with a previous original disability who age, a reality that requires a political, social and economic approach that gives rise to appropriate response public policies. This article incorporates a general description of elderly people with disabilities to go immediately to enunciate and configure the parameters of a public policy, in the form of a decalogue of initiatives and actions, at the height of the social demand of a growing population sector. whose needs are neither being considered nor attended to.
