An appropriate clinical screening to identify epidemiological risk factors for PAS and improving the training for ultrasound placental evaluation are necessary to increase diagnostic sensitivity of PAS disorder. To describe the experience in diagnosis of placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) disorder in an Outpatient Placental Unit.
