Abstract

Carotid-subclavian artery index (CSAI) is a recently described promising parameter for prenatal diagnosis of coarctation of the aorta (COA). EP17.09: Carotid-subclavian artery index to predict coarctaction of the aorta in the second trimester of gestation Aortic arch diameter at the origin of the left subclavian artery (D1) and distance between left carotid and left subclavian artery (D2) were measured as shown in figure 1 to calculate CSAI (D1/D2).
