Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic degenerative disease caused by aging, obesity, trauma, heredity and other factors, which is a difficult disease faced by orthopedic doctors in clinic, and brings a heavy burden to patients and families. Resveratrol is a natural compound with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It can affect cartilage aging, cartilage matrix metabolism, and cartilage injury in participate in the process of OA, which might be related to NF-KB, TLR4 and ERK signaling pathway.
