- The article focuses on sustaining soft-tissue safety and role of safety leaders in Stimulate & Sustain Soft-Tissue Safety of employees. Topics discussed include methodology of musculoskeletal disorder prevention interventions includig decreasing exposure to hazards and convincing employees to changee their behaviour; strategies and principles found for preventing soft-tissue injuries; and high-level safety leadership is changing people's mindsets and skill sets.
