Abstract

The present study compares the "Canton Benchmark for Assessing Internship Satisfaction" (KBEP) in Zurich, Switzerland, with the internationally used "Clinical Learning Environment and Supervision and Nurse Teacher Scale" (CLES + T Scale) for evaluating the satisfaction of nursing students with their education. The study examines the convergent validity and reliability of both instruments. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the work climate and the learning atmosphere, and that satisfaction was rated higher in the CLES + T Scale than in the KBEP. The study recommends further investigations to consider the needs of students in different semesters of education and to examine the applicability of the CLES + T Scale in various nursing education programs.
