NOVEDADES RECOGIDAS EN LA RECIENTE JURISPRUDENCIA CONSTITUCIONAL EN MATERIA DE VIVIENDA.

Over the last months, the Spanish Constitutional Court has issued four decisions in which it ruled out various regulations passed by the Autonomous Region of Catalonia on housing, declaring some of them to be contrary to the Constitution. In its review, the Court systematises and establishes the most relevant jurisprudence in relation to the distribution of State-Autonomous Regions competences in the area of housing, as well as the limits of the Regions to regulate certain aspects of that by means of decree-law.
