Decree-Law no. 109-H/2021, 10 December, published the new Legal Framework applicable to the Investment Companies, which has entered in force on last February. This work will be divided in two parts, starting with a brief presentation of the main novelties of the REI to then explore the new regime of the revocation of the authorisation of an investment company, presenting its weaknesses, as well as the interactive solution that could mitigate them.
