Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the number of existing illegally erected buildings and prevent their construction, which can be achieved through a comprehensive analysis of causes of their construction, when developing measures, tools, regulations and creating conditions that allow the construction of buildings strictly in accordance with the current legislation.
