- Reports that the shooting of merchant Ali Naser Eddine has led to the closure of a shopping bazaar popular among bargain hunters in New York City. Suggestion that the bazaar has been an important part of a multicultural supply chain which starts with clothing factories in China and ends on U.S. city streets.
