Abstract

A novel CuFeNiMn medium-entropy alloy without sigma-sensitive Cr and rare Co was firstly proposed. Cu-rich FCC phases was controlled to distribute dispersedly in FCC matrix. Significant strengthening effect was obtained when annealing at 800 °C for 1 h, which could be ascribed to the Cu-rich particles by dislocation by-pass mechanism. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
