青少年反刍思维与非自杀性 自伤相关性的 meta 分析.

Objective: To explore the relationship between rumination and non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents. Methods: Databases such as CNKI, WanFang Data, CBM, PubMed, Web of Science, EMbase, PsycINFO were searched, and the literatures about non-suicidal self-injury and rumination were collected and analyzed by meta-analysis. Results: A total of 15 articles were included, and there were 17 440 subjects. The results of meta-analysis showed that adolescent rumination was positively correlated with non-suicidal self-injury (r=0. 22, Z=12. 82, P<0. 001) . The results of the subgroup analysis showed that different sample sources, cultural backgrounds and measurement tools did not affect the correlation between rumination and non-suicidal self-injury (Q=0. 03, 3. 45, 5. 39, 0. 56, P>0. 05.
