Abstract

In the present study reported realization simultaneous effect substitution of Hg at the Tl layer of TL1.6-xAg0.4XHgxSr2-yBayCa2 Cu3O10+δ superconductor have been prepared using solid state reaction method has been obtained with pressure 8 ton / cm2 and 850 C0, So The partial substitution effect of the Hg in Tl metal of the compound as (TL1.6-xAg0.4XHgxSr2-yBayCa2 Cu3O10+δ) has been investigated where x=0 , 0.1 , 0.2,0.3 and 0.4, The X-ray diffraction study showed that all prepared samples have tetragonal structure, with change in the constants of lattice parameter with mercury- substituted samples compared to this without mercury. It was also been found that a change in the concentrations of mercury leads to a change in mass density and c/a ratio. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
