Zautner, Moritz Schnelle, Luise Erpenbeck Booster with BNT162b2 elicits strong humoral and cellular immune responses independent of the prime vaccination, whereas ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 booster does not further enhance the cellular response. We demonstrate that the vaccine candidate (CuMV SB TT sb -RBD) is highly immunogenic in mice and is capable of inducing mucosal and systemic RBD as well as spike specific antibody responses.
