Abstract
- The crown is a key quality index of strip. Usually, the online strip crown prediction model is established based on the analytical model for high efficiency. However, the calculation accuracy of the traditional model is not very high because these models only consider the single effect of various influencing factors on the exit strip crown under the basic process parameters, but these factors are not independent of each other. Therefore, by introducing the evaluation coefficient that represents the influence of single factor on strip crown and the correction coefficient that represents the interaction effects of each other, a high-precision prediction model of strip crown is established to improve the model accuracy. The actual situation of steel SPHC rolled in 2050 hot rolling line is taken as examples; through comparing the experimental results and three-dimensional finite element method algorithm, it can be seen that the improved model has high precision than the traditional model, which has important benefits for online model of practical production.
