İbn Hazm'ın Arz Meselesine Yaklaşımı -Hanefilerin Yaklaşımıyla Mukayeseli Bir Tetkik-.

Hadiths have been presented to different criteria such as the Qurian. Sunnah, reason and experience since the period of the companions. There were scholars from the different periods who used these criteria as well as those who opposed them. Especially Hanafis (leaving the mashour/renowned and mutawatir/concurrent khabars/reports) evaluated the khabar wahids/solitary reports by presenting them to such criteria and developed a system based on these criteria. The first reaction to the Hanafis' evaluation of the hadiths by presenting them with such criteria came from the Ahl al-hadith The negative approach to the submission of hadiths to these criteria continued with Imam Shaffi (d. 204/820) and reached Ibn Hazm (d. 456/1064). In this article, the approaches of the Zahirites to the method of ard will be examined in comparison with those of the Hanafis, in particular, Ibn Hazm, on of the most prominent scholars of the Zahiriyya School, which is the continuation of the Atıl al-haclith.
