Abstract

The article focuses on study published in BMJ which concluded that among older adults with frailty and sarcopenia, the effects of the conditions on mobility disability could be mitigated using an intervention that includes a physical activity regimen, targeted nutritional counseling, and regular monitoring through a wearable device.
