年轻勃起功能障碍患者甲状腺激素水平研究.

Objective To observe thyroid hormone levels in young male patients with erectile dysfunction(ED) including thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH), free thyroxine (FT4), free triiodothyronine (FT3), total thyroxine (TT4), and total triiodothyronine (TT3). Methods A total of 108 young ED patients were enrolled in this study and their thyroid hormone levels were detected by electrochemiluminescence. The abnormal proportion of thyroid hormone levels were observed. Results The age of 108 ED patients was 31(27, 35) years old. Thyroid hormone levels in the ED patients were as follows: TSH:1.805(1.283, 2.375)uIU/mL,4 cases with abnormal TSH(3.7%, TSH increased in 3 cases and decreased in 1 case with FT4 increased). FT4:1.365±0.195ng/dL(3 cases(2.8% ) with increased FT4); FT3:3.483±0.373pg/mL(1 case(0.9% ) with increased FT3); TT4:7.599±1.445ug/dL(1 case(0.9% ) with decreased TT4); TT3:1.195±0.185ng/mL(1 case(0.9% ) with decreased TT3).
