Integridade na Administração Pública Federal: A Visão das Unidades de Gestão Constituídas.

This paper aims to investigate how, in the view of the implementing areas, called Integrity Management Units - UGIS, the execution of the Integrity Plans, pointing out factors that hinder the process and what is the status of consciousness of maturity of the servers in daily work. Methodologically, it was a quantitative research, with a descriptive approach, with managers and public servants in the institutions of the Federal Public Administration as its universe, with the Integrity Plan finalized and validated by the Federal Comptroller General, with 94 respondents returning. An instrument was adopted in Google forms, with variables adapted from Draibe (2001) that deals with the implementation of public policies, and was forwarded to all contacts available by e-mail. The data were treated using descriptive statistics and content analysis. Among the main results, there is still the difficulty of the support (commitment) of the High Management of public institutions, a structural limitation (technological / financial) for the execution of the Integrity Plan, in addition to the limited scope of the effects of the Integrity Plan in the framework of employees in the face of the lack of awareness formed about the relevance of this Governance tool.
