Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management strategy and leader performance on asatidz discipline in Islamic boarding schools Daar El Huda and Miftahul Khaer Tangerang. The method used in this study was a descriptive correlational method with a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires. and documentation. The conclusions obtained from this study are: The effect of management strategy on asatidz discipline in Islamic boarding school Daar El Huda and Miftahul Khaer Tangerang is known to have tcount 8.967 greater than ttable with a value of 1.66, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. So that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. There is an influence of the leader's performance on the discipline of Ponpes Daar El Huda and Miftahul Khaer Tangerang known to have tcount 7.106 greater than ttable with a value of 1.66, with a significance level of 0.000 0.05, so the hypothesis Ha is accepted. and H0 is rejected. The results of hypothesis testing The effect of management strategy and leader performance on asatidz asatidz discipline at Ponpes Daar El Huda and Miftahul Khaer Tangerang is found that Fcount 24,986 > Ftable 3,294, with a significance level of 5%. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus it can be concluded that there is an influence between management strategy (X1) and leader performance (X2) on asatidz discipline (Y) at Islamic Boarding Schools Daar El Huda and Miftahul Khaer Tangerang.
